PQM System
• System consisting of a work method organized by a management software.
• A computer in each workstation working in a network.
• Order production to work in a very efficient way with the minimum number of human resources.
• It allows the control of the processes, costs, information, the planning of each phase and the control of the quality of the work carried out. Obtaining automatic reports.
• It allows operators and especially responsibles to have more time that can be used for example to improve processes, interact with customers, work for more jobs, etc...
• It allows a very powerful management based on the sum of small tasks performed by many people.
• Increase manufacturing quality and minimize rejects.
• From the offer, to the manufacturing and to the invoice. Cost control, comparison of estimated and actual values and adjustment to the price offered.
• Software features:
- Non-invasive software, fits and adds to existing software.
- Fast flow software. Actions are carried out at high speed.
- Very easy to use software for operators.
- Internet access from anywhere and from any device.
• The use of this method and software allows the easy subsequent application of advanced manufacturing techniques such as Lean Manufacturing, or the Smart Factory concept.
• Confidentiality. The database is local, the company owns all the data. No data comes out of the company. A confidentiality contract is also signed between Produtiker and the company.
• The system is divided into 3 modules. PQMmaster for configuration, PQMviewer for the workspace and PQMplanning for a global view of manufacturing. The PQMmaster and PQMviewer modules are essential for the system to function. PQMplanning is optional but recommended.
• The system is valid for any industrial process. For any process that has defined steps and that can be procedural. Good examples are machining, boilermaking, assembly sections of all kinds, treatments, painting, material purchase, subcontracted parts, packaging, dispatch, etc.
